Loan Size Analysis

The Loan size analysis report will give you different categories of loan amounts sizes as at a particular date.

How to view the Loan Size Analysis report

To view the loan size analysis report you go to Loans->Portfolio Reports->Loan Size Analysis Report. A screen that looks as follows will appear:

From disbursement date: From the drop down box, select the disbursement date when the report should start, e.g. "01/01/2013" and in To drop down box select the disbursement date when the report should end, e.g., "17/06/2014".
Set Sizes: When you click on this button a new screen will appear from which you will be able to set the range per class size. The screen will look as follows:

Make adjustments to the amounts that appear in each class. The amounts on the right hand side of the screen represent the upper limits and the ones on the left the lower limits. After setting the class limits click OK to continue with entering the required details. You will revert to the first screen seen above.

Size Class: From the drop down box, select a particular class size for which to produce a loan size analysis report or tick the For all checkbox to include all classes.
Only Active Loans When this checkbox is ticked the report will include only loans with outstanding balances.
Report Currency: From the drop down list select the currency in which the report should appear, e.g., "UGX".

Note that Loan Performer offers the flexibility of displaying the report in different currencies.

Branch Code: From the drop down box, select the branch for which the Loan Size Analysis report should be generated or tick the For all option to generate the report for all branches.

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Portfolio Report Formats .

Click on the OK to generate the Loan Size Analysis report that will look as follows:

Click on the Close button to exit.
